Frequently Asked Questions

Reservations: A deposit payment of your rental is required at the time of your reservation. Rental price is the daily/weekend rate. Cancellation Fee is the deposit.


Delivery: Must be arranged in advance for a nominal fee. Regular deliveries are between 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, and 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Saturday.

All deliveries are made to a dock, door, or garage that is immediately accessible to our trucks. Rates quoted are for ground floor delivery.


Set Up and Take Down/After Hours Service: Set up and take down or after hours service is available if arranged in advance with our sales staff. Please call for pricing.


Responsibility: Rented items are the responsibility of the customer from time of possession to time of return. We ask that you count your items upon taking possession to verify that quantities are correct. Additional charges will be incurred for all damaged or missing equipment.

Damage waiver is a non-refundable charge added to the rental contract. It covers accidental damage from normal usage, and it does not cover loss or negligence.
